$800 · Senior Lady Seeking Long Term Accommodation

I am 68 F, straight, NONsmoker/NONpartier/NONdrinker/NO drugs I'm seeking a LONG-TERM permanent small suite for myself only. I am clean living and quiet. Though I am not working anymore, I have chosen to enjoy my retirement years writing books for youngsters, illustrating them, and venturing into other artistic realms. I am hoping for a clean, bright, quiet corner of the world and landlords who are of the old school mind frame, peaceful living folk. Presently, I am living in an area I find dangerous for any senior or persons who wish for a more appropriate living environment. I require only: 1 bedroom with closets, 1 3 piece bathroom, w/d hook up or use of facilities on a 1 day a month basis, kitchen area, living room area and a proper place to park my car...maybe a private patio / small neat raised garden area in which I might be able to grow herbs and flowers.
